Poses & Pours with Trinity Hot Yoga
Trinity Hot Yoga is hosting Poses and Pours on Sunday, June 2nd at 10:00 am at Goose Ridge Estate Winery.
Registration cost will be $50 ($40 for our valued wine and cider club members) and will include a token for a glass of Goose Ridge Rose, Sauvignon Blanc, First Flight Red Blend, or hard cider to enjoy after your class. Come and meet one of Trinity Hot Yoga's awesome teachers, Tommy Lofgren, as he leads us in a fun and upbeat Vinyasa class. He will be assisted by another one of their great teachers, Cece McCallum.
After a peaceful morning of yoga, cool down in the "Goose Ridge Garden" and enjoy Goose Ridge wines, ciders, and specialty cocktails. This area will be open for yoga attendees only!
