You had me at Burrata! Foodies - this is the moment you have been waiting for! If you aren't familiar with Burrata, let me introduce you to the jelly donut of cheeses: a creamy, ooey-gooey center all wrapped in a soft cheesy shell. Kristi Slotemaker, owner of River Valley Cheese walks you through every step of the cheesemaking process - AND you even get to make one in class to take home! We will also include your first glass of wine or cider.
