New Year, Better Butter with The Cheese Lady at Goose Ridge
Have you ever wondered what the difference is among the butter you see at the grocery store? There are several types of butter that are utilized in different ways, but one thing is the same—this high fat, unctuous stuff of dairy excellence is delicious! This upcoming class is for the butter-curious. Join us as our resident cheesemonger, The Cheese Lady, guides us through a lipidous, stick-to-your-ribs, educational butter tasting that will clarify any misconceptions we have about the decadent slick stuff. Included with your butter tasting is your first glass of wine, cider, or cocktail of choice. It’s going to be an exquisite start to the new year, and we look forward to hosting you!
